By accessing and using the Hundred Islands National Park Management System (HINPMS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2.1 Account Creation: To book tours and access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
3.1 Tour Bookings: All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by park authorities.
3.2 Payment: Payment for LGU fees, DENR fees, and other charges must be completed as specified during the booking process.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Tour cancellations must be made according to the park's cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
3.4 Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4.1 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate passenger information, including names, ages, addresses, and special requirements (PWD, senior citizen, etc.).
4.2 Health Declaration: All visitors must complete the health declaration form truthfully before visiting the park.
4.3 Park Rules: Visitors must comply with all park rules, regulations, and guidelines, including environmental protection measures.
4.4 Identification: Valid identification must be presented upon arrival to verify passenger information and residency for fee assessment purposes.
5.1 Fee Structure: Fees are determined based on residency (Alaminos City residents, Pangasinan residents, other Filipinos, foreign tourists) and visitor category (regular, PWD/senior citizen/government employee, children).
5.2 Fee Changes: The park management reserves the right to modify fees with proper notice.
5.3 Additional Charges: Boat rentals, guide services, tent rentals, and other amenities are subject to separate charges.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
7.1 Service Availability: We strive to maintain system availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our online services.
7.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7.3 Personal Injury: Visitors participate in island activities at their own risk. The park is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
7.4 Lost Items: The park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hundred Islands National Park or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
